Claude joined RMC in June 2001 as RMC's Program Manager for the Environmental Division. Claude's responsibilities include preparation of cost proposals, supervising and training personnel, preparing and presenting information to the public and client, preparation and management of project schedules, and management of budgets, personnel, and products.

Claude has leveraged his outstanding technical writing , presentation, and interpersonal skills to successfully manage hundreds of environmental projects.

He offers broad expertise in federal and state environmental regulations under NEPA, RCRA, CERCLA, UST compliance, as well as oil and gas industry regulations.
|
Claude has been managing a wide variety of work performed under the environmental restoration program at Mountain Home AFB, Idaho since 1996. Work has included completion of two 5-Year Remedy Reviews, evaluation of diffusion bag sampling techniques, completion of large scale soil gas surveys, installation of regional deep groundwater monitoring wells, completion of vapor extraction pilot tests for soil and basal bedrock vapor contamination, biannual groundwater sampling, evaluation of natural attenuation of fuel compounds, evaluation of vadose zone vapors, installation of vapor monitoring ports alongside regional monitoring wells, design, installation and O&M of product recovery system in a 400-foot well,
and regular vapor monitoring for volatile organic compounds. Projects have included preparation of site safety and health plans for work in Level B, C, and D personal protective equipment, field sampling plans, and quality assurance project plans.
Previously, Claude worked in environmental engineering as a senior project manager.
Claude holds a B.S. in Geology from Stephen F. Austin State University. He is an AIPG Certified Professional Geologist and Professional Geologist registered in the state of Washington.
