David is working on his B.A. in Land Use Planning from Metro State College. He attended Nikon School of Photography in Chicago, Illinois and completed the 40-hour OSHA HAZWOPER training.
|
|
David joined RMC in June 2001 as a Project Manager for the Cultural Resources Division.
|
|
Previously, David worked for two other environmental engineering firms for 11+ years, serving in such roles as Assistant Manager of the Cultural Resources Division.
|
David's cultural resource experience since 1981 and qualifications include historic properties preservation planning, historic and prehistoric site investigations (Class I overviews and Class II and III surveys), resource recording/documentation, resource mapping (GPS and GIS), artifact analysis, historic archival research, National Register of Historic Places (NRHP) evaluations and nominations, site monitoring, testing, excavation, data recovery, mitigation planning and implementation, NEPA EA/EIS cultural resource analysis and preparation, Native American consultation, Level II and HABS/HAER archival photography, and artifact illustration.
